A Personal Journey in Pursuit of Longevity

Hello, and welcome to my website! I am Dr. Craige Golding, a specialist physician with a passion for anti-aging medicine and integrative health. My mission is to empower my patients to lead healthier, happier lives by focusing on prevention, early detection, and addressing the underlying causes of medical issues.

My journey in medicine began with a Cum Laude Medical Doctorate Degree, but it was the challenges I faced while treating diabetic patients and the loss of my own father to diabetes-related complications at the young age of 55 that sparked a profound shift in my career.

Determined to make a significant impact on the field of healthcare, I pursued further studies in Integrative and Functional Medicine in the United States. Through these transformative experiences, I discovered the power of anti-aging medicine and the potential for a more holistic approach to well-being.

As part of my commitment to continuous learning, I completed a certification in chelation therapies with ACAM (American College for Advancements in Medicine) and am an active member of their esteemed organization. I also earned a masters qualification in medical sciences, specializing in metabolic and nutritional medicine, from the University of South Florida.

In my pursuit of excellence, I sought to expand my expertise in cancer treatments through a comprehensive 6-module fellowship program in integrative cancer treatments in the USA back in August 2010. My dedication to cutting-edge advancements led me to complete a certification course in nutrigenomics (NUGO) in Europe, covering essential topics like nutrigenomics, polymorphisms, proteomics, and metabolomics.

During my earlier years as an undergraduate student, I was honored to receive prestigious awards recognizing my academic achievements. Notably, I was awarded the Akromed prize for the best student in Psychiatry, the Horace Wells medal for the best student in Anaesthetics, and the Maybaker prize for the best progress in Pharmacology.

As a testament to my commitment to education and the advancement of knowledge in the field of aesthetics, I now serve as a faculty member of the Postgraduate Aesthetics Society of South Africa and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (AAAM). Additionally, I proudly hold the position of Chairman of the Golding Institute.

My private practice, located at 65 Central Street, Block B, Houghton Estate in Johannesburg, South Africa, embodies my dedication to providing personalized and cutting-edge care.
